If they go out of business good luck recovering your wired money in Toronto.

FINTRAC is agency created for different reasons and FINTRAC will not pay a cent to your customers.
Customers don’t know if you have insurance and do you pay premium regularly for this insurance. Even that you have insurance for 1 million this amount will not be enough to cover all claims plus court fees, plus lawyers fees in Toronto.
Many companies have been in business more than 10 years and they filed for bankruptcy.

I actually went to 45 O’Connors but found no local office there. Later learned that this is an online company only.
Was skeptic at first but after reading all the positive reviews on Google, decided to give it a try. It turned out really nicely: excellent rates, and fairly straightforward process, when help was needed it didn’t take long for someone to respond to my questions.
Please note that there is 2-3 business days of gap between fund withdrawals and fund deposit, but don’t get alarmed.
Highly recommend, will never change currency at banks again!
