Fruit/veg can be a bit expensive, but it is generally better quality than Giant Tiger across the street. Wonderful staff, always very friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent beer selection, friendly faces, and a solid selection of vegetarian stuff (assorted veggie patties, for instance) from La Soyarie — much better than the bigger grocery stores in the area on both those counts. It doesn't take too many people in there for it to feel crowded, though, so expect to do polite aisle maneuvers and I doubt you could get around in there with a wheelchair or other mobility device.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not your typical convenience store, this place has a small deli meat counter, an amazing variety and selection of craft beers, lots of products you can't find on regular grocery stores. Perfect also for single people looking to top up on grocery staples in smaller portions.
