This community is a direct product of Mondevo's approach which began with, but not limited to, hosting meet and greets with owners throughout the build process.
Beyond community building, Modevo takes great care in ensuring that the homes are built to a high standard. They have been responsive in repairing issues whether big or small; all to make sure owners are comfortable in their homes.

I purchased pre-sale and appreciated their continuous updates throughout the build process, in addition to the few events they hosted to meet our neighbours before our move in date. The finishings were well done and high quality - and the deficiencies were taken care of by experienced (and friendly!) contractors.
Incredibly happy with our home and our choice to go with Mondevo.
