★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refused to refund my bottle deposit back (all had their monashee logo). When i asked the employee to lift the bottles on my car since i had a backpain (i would at least bring the bottles to my car) the employee said i have to pay labour fee? Plus the place is dirty, especially their warehouse at the back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to get spring water. They deliver or you can pick up. $8 for pickup and $11 a bottle for delivery. They will load the water in your vehicle. I've done the research and no other water compares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The water tastes no better than regular filtered water. I've cancelled the delivery service more than 6 months ago, and I've never received my deposit back. I've called them multiple times and this got nowhere. Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great water however, Fluorescent light bulbs with thin packaging and possibly CFL bulbs that are visible not protected with packaging are being stored in the same warehouse as the water with little protection . If these bulbs break, mercury is released into this warehouse. Can mercury released from a stack of broken light bulbs penetrate a plastic container of water leading to large scale contamination of this pure water source that was tested prior to transport and contaminated due to bad storage and transport?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great tasting water, got on to it by recommendation while I was doing chemo and city water tasted like licking the inside of bleach bottle .... that was a long time ago (years) and I've stuck with them for the taste AND the services. They are very responsive to my phone enqiries regarding delivery and I appreciate the professional attitude of the staff. Abosolutely would recommend.
