I went in trying to buy wire I ask brad McCoy for a type of wire instead of trying to help me he made me feel stupid because I did not have the right name for the wire. Then when I didn’t know the right name he was no help Another customer in line told me the right name and brad snapped back saying I’m not a mind reader how should I know that’s the wire u need saying I was rude too him. I’m my mind if I’m buying something from a store the workers shouldn’t make customers feel stupid and help them not everyone in the trades have the same names for stuff. Will never go back there and again and I will b telling everyone who works with me the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As always BRAD McCoy gave me exceptional service with a smile. As far as the guy who said he was rude. As the customer who was beside him. I can say he was very rude and aggressive. As I told my apprentice after the experience if I ever hear of him behaving like that as a representative of our company he would be turfed. Brad handled himself with a great amount of restraint and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front counter girl with the nose piercing was more into telling me she’s “not an electrician I can’t make any recommendations” than getting the parts I needed on my list. Total waste of my time, went to Home Depot instead.
220v plug and receptacle pretty straight forward, even showed her a picture

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought some cat5 crimps ... for over 100’bucks. They don’t even have the flush cutting feature at the price. Brought them back 2 hours later and told I can’t exchange for proper pair because package was open. Rediculas, waste of 100 bucks and won’t shop there again. Save yourself from being over charged and then from being dooped if you need to exchange something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this location last week, got help from Brad Mccoy. This guy is so rude when talking to customers. Either he is a really bad sales rep or he has a monthly thing because I came to this branch on 2 different occasions last week and both days I dealt with him. Taking a long time to pick my small order of utility box and switch, plus every time this Asian lady talks to him, he ignores his customer and drops everything. He won't pay attention to what you say even though you came to talk to him first. Not so professional, avoid this guy when you go here.
