★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their administration is terrible. It's been nothing but a gong show getting on-boarded and we are constantly asked for different things by different people. When we call back it's a different person that answers and they have no idea what's going on. We will not be returning after our contract ends.

I love the new location I get a chance to get groceries or just have a coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall great place, however, sometime what they say is incongruent with what they do. For instance, they say that parents are welcome to watch their child while with a mentor/teacher for learning purposes. But when you do that the teachers dont like it. for example they roll their eyes or they get cranky which is very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HIGH turnover rate of all their staff.!!!! The behavior consultants, speech therapists, occupational therapists and the BI's are amazing, but seem to not stay for long. You just get your child settled into a routine, when they need to change your schedule due to someone leaving (some suddenly too) The behind the scenes staff, administrators, and managers of the Burnaby office are all about the money. The few that have been about your child and you, seem to leave quickly. In the last few months, you cannot get a straight answer about your funding or your program as you keep getting handed off to another
Do not allocate all your funds at once, as they will try to get you to get more services if they see you will have funds left over, instead of offering you supplies or equipment to use at home/school, like autism funding allows.
I see that there old location had reviews that were not moved over when they moved, so make sure to do your research before signing up with this company to support you and your child.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to echo other reviews about this place, the management is absolutely terrible. They don't care about your child, and only care about sucking out as much funding as possible. They will provide you with poor quality therapists in return. I'm so glad I took my child out of here before I wasted more time and money! They are vultures. They need to get rid of their admin at this location and hire someone competent.
