โ โ โ โ โ Nat Bosa long ago proved he's still the smartest man in real estate. The now defunct 'Equity' magazine cover from decades ago had it right and the story remains the same today. I'm proud to know the family and their product is second to none. Top notch builders. Even better people.

โ โ โ โ โ Bosa has proven once again that it cares nothing about the community in which they build. We suffered through 2 YEARS of unbearable noise and damage while they drove piles for Riversky. They promised they would use alternate methods this time. They have broken that promise.

โ โ โ โ โ Such a bad company!!!!. No community spirt. I bought a condo from Bosa and when my daughter school were raising money to built a playground I approach Bosa to make a small donation tickets to any sport or a small cheque. Bosa answer with the typical answer that they support many charities and will pass on my request. Awful!!! how this company is run. My request was for a playground for small kids in the next community that Bosa made millions of dollars in profit and couldn't cut a cheque for a couple of hundred dollars. Sorry Bosa I was on the waiting list of your condos in Vancouver you just lost a client and hope people reads this and be aware before buying your condos.

โ โ โ โ โ Horror stories for condos are nothing new in Vancouver, but the Altamonte building they made in Coquitlam is very well made which is reflected with the substantially low strata fees despite having a fair number of amenities. Not sure about their other projects however.
