I raced to get to this salon before 6:00 in order to buy hair products from them. Upon entering the salon, the woman working was really rude to me. She was asking me to hurry up in a really rude way which caught me off guard. Her attitude made me anxious and I was trying to hurry. She was telling me that they were closed.. but it was 5:55pm and their open sign was still on (?). I went on to tell her that I didn’t appreciate being spoken to like that and the customer service was the worst I’ve ever received. She got even more rude and I just wanted the whole experience to be over. I bought my product and left and I will never in a million years come back.

Though I didn't personally come to Mojan for a cut, I do know of someone who has and she had a pleasant experience with results that were exactly what she had requested and was looking for. When I informed the staff of what kinds of products I wanted and what struggles I was having with my hair (dry scalp and frizzing), they provided me with a variety of options and informed me that they could find me a solution if they didn't have it in store. Though this establishment may not look "chic," don't underestimate the value that the hair care professionals provide as their quality and knowledge speaks volumes above the salons that focus purely on the physical environment. Here, at Mojan, you will find a community and positive results for your hair care needs, from my experience and my opinion.
