About Modus Enterprises Ltd
Our story began in 1998 when a carpentry enthusiast with a degree in architecture decided to blend expertise and passion to start a family business. Having spent 2 decades crafting and installing kitchen cabinets and renovating homes, MODUS has become a close-knit community of experts and friends. We currently have two offices – our Vancouver HQ has 15 office and design staff and over 20 installers and skilled trades on site. Our Calgary office operates with 4 office and design team members and 10 on-site staff. After so many years of working together, we truly are a Dream Team that can bring quality projects to life and have fun in the process.
As a company, we believe communication and transparency are essential for any project we do. It is our mission to ensure your peace of mind by providing professional services while adhering to the highest health, safety and work practice standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After deciding to proceed with an IKEA kitchen we opted to book their in-home consult/measuring services which are fulfilled by MODUS.
The booking process was easy and the times offered were very flexible. Once scheduled we received prompt and detailed information confirming our appointment and reviewing what we needed to do beforehand.
The planning session went very well. Crystal and her partner (I don't recall her name, sorry!) were on time, super friendly and really efficient. They made many helpful suggestions, the estimate was quite reasonable and they provided options for tradespeople that we could contact for services they didn't provide.
So far so good! I will continue to update this review as we proceed with our renovations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Customer Service, they cut my water lines while installing my kitchen and flooded my top floor and part of my basements Costing me almost $1000 to repair. They wouldn't even take responsibility for their actions this is not what you would expect from an Ikea preferred installer.
I do not recommend them

They installed a kitchen upgrade to match our existing kitchen cabinets and their attention to the smallest detail is truly appreciated. Their installers are friendly, polite, timely, cleaned up beautifully when they were done and made it a overall wonderful experience. Folks at the office are of equal greatness with scheduling and helping us at every ask. Thank you all for a great job and I look forward to future projects where we can use you again.
