★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING, every deficiency was responded to with a lame excuse. Now i have a roof that leaks and the response was, oh, your home is three weeks past the warranty, too bad. Would never buy from Moduline again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a moduline home 2 years ago that was put into service in 10/1/2016 . So far we have had to re roof because of poor quality product and poor workmanship now we have to reside the whole unit because the siding is put on wrong and it is buckling and coming apart. The last thing we expected was 10.000 dollars in repairs on a new home. So far all we have heard is it.s not there problem The customer service is awful and no one will even return a call. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought our home in 2014, We have had the uprights in attic twisting due to improper construction also our shingles were NOT installed properly! Holes, not nailed properly etc. which caused moisture damage to some drywall, needless to say we have to re due the roof which will cost 8000 - 10,000 dollars after just 7 years. Still waiting to hear about our warranty coverage on the truss & drywall issue. We would highly recommend if you purchase from this business you paid for a full inspection prior to 1 year warranty. So disappointed :(

I got hired and had to start a week later than expected because I tested positive for covid, I was then going to be late by literally 2 min my second day because of traffic, I called and gave a heads up but was told not to bother coming in and that the company was cutting ties with me, they're main reason for that decision I was told was because I started a week late due to covid. Upon walking in to orientation my first day a worker that had been there for a while looked at me and said "just turn around and run for your own good". On top of that they told me that tuneup were not paying me for the day of orientation. I highly suggest not doing business, or looking for employment there. I will be getting ahold of the labour board to report this to them. I amUtterly disgusted right now.
