About Modish Salon and Spa
CLIENTS MUST CONFIRM APPOINTMENTS:
Clients will receive a text or email (your choice) 48hrs prior to an appointment. It is now necessary to reply to that text/email or call to confirm that appointment. If we do not receive confirmation, we may need to cancel the appointment.
15 MINUTE LATE POLICY:
If a client is 15 or more minutes late, the appointment will need to be rescheduled and a fee will be applied
24HR CANCELLATION POLICY:
if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know ASAP but no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment. EXCEPTION... if you experience flu like symptoms at any time, please reschedule your appointment and self isolate.
NO SHOW POLICY:
If a client no shows for an appointment, we will need to take credit card details to secure a future appointment. If the client fails to appear an appointment again, they will be charged in full for the services book

She asked me want I want, and when she thought she was done she asked me if they were the right shape, size, and length and made sure I was very satisfied. It wasn't expensive what so ever and after I was done she gave me aloe to rub around my freshly sugared eyebrows and said goodbye with a warm smile. Would never go anywhere else, 100% reccomend Kim Olsen for eyebrows. Very modern looking, clean, comfy, and fancy furniture in waiting area.
