The system is super user friendly, and the post installation support experience was just amazing. Prompt replies and quick guidance really gave us confidence with our first C4 smart home system. Project management process was a joy to experience. From design to pre-wire to inspections and final finishing and of course our last min change requests, the team was always there to support and manage our expectations. Project installation was completed within estimated timeframe. Just ask for Gurg and he will walk you through the process. The team really turned our vision into a reality!

They helped with security, sound, and integrated new Control 4 smart automation systems. I am very pleased with the Installation, as it was professional, neat and has been flawless in performance. They always showed up when they said they would and they had no problem making last minute changes and add ons. I would highly recommend them for any low voltage or home automation work.

We were very fortunate to have been referred to Modern Security Systems by a builder/friend even though our own builder had referred us someone else. Through our research and after my initial meeting with Gurj, we were convinced he would have our backs with regard to our home security needs. He continued to do so with exemplary representation during and even after the installation was all complete. Gurj has tremendous technical knowledge, never stumped for a quick solution and vast up to date product information that he always presented us. He provided and continues to provide us with step by step explanations of accessing systems/equipment, most practical options, set up, etc. and virtually walks us through every aspect of our home alarm system, security cameras and home automation systems. He also immediately responded to every text, every call, every question, and every message with great detail and professionalism. We believe this speaks volumes in addressing his character and the commitment of him and his company in providing an excellent service. I even received a follow up call to make sure everything was working properly and if I was happy with the work done. Their work is extremely neat and professional! Paul and his team are meticulous in their work and highly experienced in the set up of home automation and entertainment systems. They are THE most detail-oriented, patient, thorough and prompt professional we’ve had the pleasure to work with on our Control4 projects. They had given our clients the most efficient and effective service on Control4, worked with us on our budget and professional equipments as needed, and didn’t care that our projects ranged from relatively small to large commercial projects. They still went full-on and gave us the attention and prompt responses. Essentially, providing us with line-by-line answers, did thorough tests and organized everything, AND answered emails into the evening!
