She guided me in every direction and met all my needs by providing me with a truly great experience. From providing the appraisal, acquiring a mortgage lender, recommending a great lawyer and helping me with the paperwork, there was very little I had to do. What a blessing it was to have someone so kind and understanding when it comes to purchasing a home. I was stressed at first not knowing the steps when it comes to home buying, but Dawna relieved that by letting me know that she has been in the business a long time and worked with many other clients in the same situation. If you decide to purchase a home, I know you definitely won’t be disappointed if you work with this company. Everyone is so welcoming and attentive and that’s why I give them 5 stars!

Sue is friendly, has a great sense of humour, and she has a way to make us relax during the stressful time of finding a house, she was there to answer all our questions. Due to COVID-19, I decided to take advantage of the hot housing market in 2020. Both Dawna and Sue did an excellent job in promoting the sale of my condo. An excellent selling price allowed me to move into brand new townhome within the rental market.
