Other than the super friendly service, Kevin made sure to understand exactly what we needed, where we needed it and made sure it was done correctly! When we had issues with the telephone company to find wires to install lines, I asked Kevin to explain the the technician where they are, but he took it into his own hands, and within 15 minutes he was onsite helping the phone technician finding and running wires. I highly recommend Kevin and the team from Modern Electric !

I had a number of projects that needed doing at my condo which included, wiring new pot lights, installing dimmers in all my switches, installing a new garbage disposal and wiring a new surround sound stereo and theatre system behind the walls. We have utilized their services For many projects including service upgrades multiple kitchen and bath renovations. A fixture, receptacle and Smart switch’s install as well as our hot tub. They also designed a new wire custom butcher shop install at my in-laws house. This included all 3 phase equipment using a phase converter. Not one was there a problem. Kevin and his team are very knowledge. They take pride in there work while taking the time to explain the process of all installations. Recently, I had Modern set up smart switch’s throughout my home. They set up my custom accounts and settings, then walked me though how to use them. We were very impressed. We have the best LED full colour custom under counter lighting in our kitchen and main bathroom thanks to Modern Electeic, everybody loves it. Such an amazing team.
