When we first met, he made my husband and I feel comfortable and excited to work with him. The engagement session was fun and he helped us understand the right angles and posing to make our photos look amazing! And our wedding shots were nothing less than perfect. I highly recommend Sheen as a photographer for your special event.
C	Christine Akiki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sadly giving them a one star out of five. I booked a phone consultation to discuss offers and packages for photography and videography for my wedding. The phone call went absolutely great - Sheen was super nice to talk to, he gave us many information and answered honestly all of mine and my fiancé's questions! We loved the service he offered us through the phone and the offer seemed very good. Sheen proceeded by confirming us that he would send us an email on the same evening or the morning after with a detailed contract of what we spoke about. The next day, I had no news from him, which was ok! Things happen. I sent him a message in the evening, no answer. I call him once a week for the next 3-4 weeks, never answered. I sent an email to the studio explaining the situation and that we'd like to proceed with them still, no answer. It is very unfortunate because I read all those amazing reviews on them, people referred me to them, I saw their great work, and yet I couldn't get an answer. I was looking forward to working with them but sadly, this won't happen.

V	Vanessa Forchilli-Brash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Michael and his team at MochaTree Studios for videography services back in 2019 when our wedding was originally scheduled for 2020 (thanks COVID!). When we decided to postpone to 2021, Michael was so accommodating and responsive. On the day of the wedding, they were great to have around and made everyone feel comfortable. They also worked really well with our photographers which made it easy for us! They gave us a sneak peak within 24 hours of our wedding! Most recently, we received the trailer (~5 mins long) and our documentary film (~15 mins long). We asked for an edit of the trailer to include one of our family members more and they were able to accommodate it. My husband is hearing impaired so we asked for closed captions on our videos and they did it, no problem! This group was such as lovely bunch to work with and the quality of their product is definitely worth it! I can't wait to watch our videos for years to come. I will always recommend them!!

They even honoured my original price from the year before since it was out of our control ( restrictions ) . Michael and I believe Ramsey ( hope I got it right ) , made us feel extremely comfortable and captured both pictures and videos. They were patient , understanding and extremely welcoming. I would definitely work with them again.
