I phoned previous to going and asked the price for a Mobil 1 synthetic and was quoted $125 but when I got there it was $169. After the service I phoned around and the other Mobil 1 sites quoted me anywhere from$110 to $125..Will not get my business again

Was afraid I had an oil leak but was told it was the filter and I was overdue for an oil change so they went ahead and did the oil change. I had my granddaughter (3 years old) with me and they were so quick and efficient that she didn't even have time to get bored or fussy. Amazing customer service as always.

Apparently my girlfriend said this guy was the employee of last month.. well “this guy” deserves something nice from Mobil 1 Lube Express.. maybe a increased salary, promotion or a day off of pay. He was welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable & thoroughly professional with his work. He brings value to this location and we will be coming back as a result.

As a young woman I tend to feel a little intimidated going in for car services but at this shop they explain everything well and it's always been a comfortable experience. Definitely recommend!

I believe I had the technician whose name was Kevin, and he was great. Customer service skills 10/10, attitude 10/10, and was super transparent about the entire process. Thanks for the help, and I would definitely come back

Crystal was in the lower bay and while I didn’t speak with her, she was quick and efficient working on my car from the lower bay. I always go for Mobil1 for my oil changes and whenever I have any additional questions, they never make me feel like I’m inconveniencing them. They take their time to explain. Thanks again for another great experience!

I appreciate that they perform several checks (lights, turn signals, etc.), top up windshield washer fluid and let me know about service that may need to be performed in the future (coolant, transmission, etc.). Fast and efficient and the reminder sticker is a must for me! No wait time when I was there but I have never waited longer than 15 minutes during peak spring/summer season.
S	Sandra Karr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving the automatic carwash three stars, only because I’ve been there about five times and it did a decent job 4/5 times. However, I washed my car there last night and there was lots of soap left over on the right hand side of the car and inside edges of the doors (see photo) and one side of the body (exterior) because the water didn’t spray on one side. I had to wipe off the excess soap after I got home. The photo doesn’t show all the soap that was actually there because I had already wiped away most of it when I remembered to take a photo.
