I had huge shame because of my debt, and no way to deal with it. My very first contact with MNP's office downtown was lovely, it was easy and quick to make an appointment.
I was VERY Nervous going in to the office, but Kiu made me feel comfortable by being understanding, compassionate, listening to what I had to say, and explaining all of my options in a way I could understand.
Beginning my bankruptcy was the BEST DECISION I have made to realign my finances, and my ONLY regret was waiting so long before making the decision to actually begin dealing with it!
When the pandemic hit, MNP was very quick to help me get my paperwork done digitally, and Kiu has been prompt in answering ALL of my questions! She is relatable, professional, and has a good sense of humour, which helps when you're dealing with such things.
Overall, to anyone struggling, don't hesitate to make the call, it is worth it and MNP can definitely help you make the right decision for your situation, whatever that may be.
