He went above and beyond answering every question and explaining the benefits of both Bankruptcy and Consumer Proposal. Emma has also been exceptionally helpful and informative in this process so that I knew exactly what was going to happen and when. In addition, she helped me a lot in credit counseling sessions. Both Dean and Emma are always available whenever I need them and are very caring and helpful people.

There is quite a bit of shame associated with not being able to pay back money you borrowed and my biggest fear was how I am gonna be treated when I ask for a solution. To my greatest surprise the procedure was simple and staff was kind and very professional.
