About Us
Founded in 1978, MMP Engineering is recognized as one of Calgary’s premier structural engineering companies. Our dedication, teamwork, and knowledge has enabled us to successfully deliver time effective qualitative design solutions and consulting services to all our clients (architects, engineers, developers, municipalities, state agencies, and institutions) from coast to coast in Canada, U.S.A., Caribbean Islands, South America, Europe, and Asia. A testament of our collaboration and commitment is a $70.0 million Children’s Hospital in Nizhnevartovsk, Russia, and a housing project in the west Siberian Oilfields of Russia, both of which were accomplished by us from our Calgary office.
MMP engineering has completed a vast domain of projects, ranging from high-rise office buildings,shopping centers/malls, senior’s facilities, high-rise condominiums, walk-up condominiums, to schools, churches, warehouses, industrial manufacturing facilities, as well as highway overpasses, hydraulic structures and similar structures. Our broad experience and project portfolio illustrates our ability to effectively and economically incorporate different structural materials such as cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, timber, post tension concrete slabs, comflor with load bearing steel studs, precast floor with precast load bearing walls, precast floor with DELTA beams and precast columns etc. into our design to fulfill client requirements. We at MMP, utilize the latest Revit and BIM modeling software to seamlessly coordinate with architectural drawings.
MMP’s growth, coupled with the evergreen expansion of the construction industry, both locally and internationally, meant opening doors to MMP’s sister offices in Ahmedabad, India, and in Toronto, Canada.
