My Honda Accord-2016, had got into an accident about three weeks ago. A careless driver, driving a 1986 piece of garbage had rear-ended a SUV behind me. That had caused a domino-effect, which ultimately made this a four vehicle collision. It was the middle of rush hour, and I was just simply upset and hungry. After a long day at work, this was the last thing I needed. The driver who had caused the accident, couldn’t careless and just wanted to get out of there to go an “appointment.” I was ready to go off on this guy, but that’s when I met Mike. A gentleman who just happened to be on the scene. Mike handed me his business card and introduced himself. He told me that he has a shop at Rogers and Weston, and that he also can tow vehicles. Now, most people know that a lot of tow drivers out there, only look out for the commission, so I was skeptical at first. However, I had quickly looked up Mister Collision on Google and saw all the five-star reviews, so I was a little more comfortable. Also, I knew that Mike wasn’t just a tow driver, he was also the owner of the shop. So, I decided to go with him. Mike had strapped my Honda up, and drive me to the Collision Reporting Centre, in North York (the crash was in the west-end of Toronto). He had explained everything to me on the drive there, and actually made me feel very comfortable during the drive. When we got the reporting center, he had dropped me off in front and took the car in. He waited until I was done, outside of the reporting center. Then, we went to go get the car released. When the car needs to be released, you need to pay a fee. Mike, had the CASH MONEY ready in his hand, to the exact cent. I asked him if the insurance will cover that, and he said yeah, do not worry about it. Mike had then proceeded on to strap the car back in, drove me home and took it straight to their shop. I called the insurance the next day and everything was taken care of, smoothly. I got my car back and it is a beauty! Peter, who also owns the shop, made sure to get every part from Honda themselves (my insurance company wanted to use third-party parts). It is very hard, now-a-days to find people like this. Everything that was done for me by Mike and Peter, felt like it was done by family. These are very honest and hard-working individuals, who deserve great recognition for how they treat people. Thank you to Mister Collision, for turning a stressful situation, into a walk in the park!

Great company with excellent service! They were a huge help after my car accident and went above and beyond to help out in any way they can.

I was in an accident on a Saturday night. Their Tow Truck Driver Sam Cirillo arrived on the scene. Sam was extremely helpful in assisting me anyway he could. He waited around the 3hrs we waited for the Toronto police to arrive on scene. When all that was sorted out he was able to get me hooked up with a rental car on the spot. My vehicle was towed to Mr. Collision and by Monday the insurance company was in contact with them and they were very professional with the insurance company. They have me a quote and the work was completed on my vehicle within a week and a half. The car looked brand new when I got it back. And I was very satisfied with their work. Any questions along the way I had answered by the owners Peter and Mike. Or from Sam himself. I would highly recommend their shop.

This car was damaged really bad in a not at fault accident and mister collision certainly made it look like it’s brand new within a decent amount of time! If you need any type of work done on your vehicle, this is the place to bring it!

Scratched my front bumper of my Lincoln Black Nautilus last week. Brought it to a shop who said they have to change the whole bumper. Took it to this shop and met Peter, who said, no need. He was able to just fixed the scratch without having to paint the whole bumper. Picked up my car today and he did an amazing job with it. Can’t even tell where the scratch was. The paint job was seamless. Most importantly, he saved me half the cost of what the other Auto-body shop was going to charge me for. Definitely will recommend this place to all my friends that needs bodywork done.
