Z	ZEHRA SIDDIQUI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst daycare you can put your infant in!! Teachers have no affection towards the kids! My child was left hungry most of the days she attended there. I had to feed her in the car before leaving because she was so hungry and cranky. When I complained I was told somehow my 9 months old was suppose to eat in 15 mins by herself and if she doesn’t eat she would be left hungry for the whole day. She was also constantly getting hurt, they had different excuse every single time! I don’t understand how they would take the kids out even in extreme weather! It was a horrible experience. My kid is now in another center, she is doing so much better.

He loved his friends and his teachers - him and Zana really bonded and I hope he has more teachers like her in his school career. This place is really a community where parents and students feel welcome. Wishing all the staff and kids all the best and hopefully our paths will cross soon! We miss you all so much!

Each staff member that my children have interacted with has been kind, patient and loving toward them. I never worry leaving my children in their care. I highly recommend this child care centre to everyone. Katherine, the director is fantastic. Her door is always open and greets us every day with a huge smile and warm welcome. 3 of my 5 children are or have been enrolled at the centre so we have experienced each age group. From the infant room, to the toddler room and up to the pre-k room, all the staff have been outstanding. I unfortunately have to return to work when my youngest is 6 months old but I am comforted in the fact that she will be cared for by such educated, professional, caring and loving Early Childhood Educators. Thank you for all you do for us Falconer YMCA Child Care Centre!!!! ❤️
D	Dan Cui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son was happy everyday during 2.5 years in Falconer YMCA centre. Every teacher, from infant to preschool class is very nice and reliable. I always got feedback whenever I picked up my son. Unfortunately my son had to leave the centre earlier because of the pandemic and he misses his teachers and buddies everyday. We appreciate Falconer centre gave my son such a great childhood memories. I would recommend this centre to all the parents who are looking "second home" for their children. Each and every staff member are incredible people who not only gave my daughter the best care we could have ever asked for but they also made myself and my husband feel like family. The women who gave my daughter the chance to learn and grown in the first few years of her life did so with the utmost professionalism and compassion. They’ve shown me that there are people in this world who truly cherish what they do for a living and for that I cannot thank them enough for sharing their gifts and dedication to my daughter and family. Without question to any parent seeking the best for their child, the falconer YMCA daycare family is one of the best choices you could ever make when looking for care for your child.
A	Aaysha Shaikh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son doesn't go here, but we live in the neighbourhood. The daycare playground backs into a public park. From there you can see the kids and the teachers at outdoor time. One time I was at the park with my son (a very good distance away) and I heard a teacher scream at the top of her lungs at a toddler/preschooler to get inside. I was surprised at how rude her tone was. Teachers are often also talking together while the children are playing. Just an FYI for those interested.
