★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This legal office is NOT a service for the community. Rather, it is a disservice to the community at large. These people are rude and incompetent. The entire staff is discouraging and offer no clear solution or even basic technical legal advice. This hive of incompetence exists to service themselves. It is better to go to a court house and seek help from real lawyers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It depends on where you are go in this building. But for my case I went to the dentist. They were nice and it was enjoyable. It could have been because they spoke lanague and we could have a conversation in between my checkup. But don't worry they speak English (sorry but I want to point that out even thought it was obvious lol).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best legal advice ever: if I want justice for myself, I should pay a lawyer: Landlord and Tenant Board's judge has no interest to verify the validity of my landlord's "repairs" 3.5% APPROVED rent increase request at L5A 2J7 on top of the guidelines for 2020-2021, he is there to approve it blindly, even if the repairs allowed are up to 3%... it is my duty to hire somebody whenever my landlord has an urge for more... Thank you for the professional advice...
