He is very efficient and gets the job done promptly. He was professional and always stayed one step ahead of the process and was never caught by surprise by any obstacles during the transaction. He and his staff was courteous, professional, competent and responsible and always available for our questions and concerns. Would recommend to all friends and family and would certainly use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the office for the first time and had a chance to meet Mr. Khan. It was nice clean and professionally well maintained office. The Secretary respectfully greeted and requested me to wait. Mr. Khan greeted me well and had me follow him to his office. He took a look at the documents, notarized them and took very reasonable charges. As some of the reviews state, its true that you would feel Mr. Khan is a rude dude over the phone but when you will meet him personally you would realize that its completely opposite. He is very thorough in his conversation and knows what he is talking. Surely recommended for your legal needs.

He has been very helpful to me in all these matters mentioned above. He handled all my matters efficiently and professionally. He closed real estate transactions for me and few for my friends and relatives, I always refer my known people to him due to his excellent services. My business require documents authentication almost on daily bases for that luckily i have found this law office in my proximity with very fast, efficient and affordable services. I would strongly recommend this office.

Mr. Khan has represented me Three times in the Closing processes of my Real Estate Transactions (Two of my real estate Purchases and Once for my Refinance). Each time I have been very satisfied with his exceptional services. Mr. Khan is very Knowledgeable and Reliable and always reachable. His office kept me informed about everything ahead of time during all the three processes every step of the way. The staff is courteous and helpful. I recommended Mr. Khan to two of my relatives and they never regretted about it. I intend to go back to Mr. Khan for any future transactions or for any legal help anytime.

I have been dealing with this lawyer for last 7 years for different legal services and having consultation on complex real estate and immigration matters. He was kind enough to take my closing just few days before closing and helped me get it done! Ever since then i have been referring my friends and family to go to him for their house closing because he is efficient and get the work done fast and effectively. His prices are the cheapest in the market and not overly expensive like other lawyers that i went to earlier before i found Mr. Hamid. I for sure recommend his services for any legal advice and real estate transactions.
He is knowledgeable and can be relied upon to get the work done. I have used his services for notary as well and he never makes his clients wait over 40 mins to do 1 min job. I have never had any issues with him and his staff. They have always helped me and took great care of my transactions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This lawyer is useless, very irresponsible and should not even be called lawyer. I would call him a fraud.
I have first hand experience of dealing with him where he was entrusted to close a real estate deal. Even after more than 2 years of closing he stills owes money to the seller and collection agencies are coming after the seller of the house because there are some outstanding water bill against previous seller. On the other hand he is holding 3k from the seller for more than 2 years saying that he still needs some bill clearance.
I wish I could give him zero stars.
He puts advertising through Canada Post. Beware, some other good professional lawyer few extra bucks to make your life easy and never hire this person for any service as he will make your life hell.
Now the seller of that property is seeking help from some government dept to get his money from this fraud.
