It has out house type bathroom facilities.
Well maintained and easy to find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely picnic area. There was a changing table in the bathrooms (pit toilets). However no hand sanitizer. There were lots of picnic tables in both shade and sunshine. Also, lots of bugs and flies, so bring bug spray!

I driven so far 4 times across this area and made a stop over each time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good accessibility and location. Stretch your legs and and use the bathroom, breat in some fresh air and eat something on the picnic tables. If need be take a 10 minute power nap before you continue driving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the Mississagi River and stop by there quite often with my doggie ...it's a very pretty spot beside the river and I sometimes sit awhile and watch the Eagles when they come around ..so peaceful! ..have seen a moose come through a couple of springs ago and once spotted a bear swimming over to woman island. When the river is frozen over you can spot the occasional fox and coyote traversing the ice ...very nice!
