★ ★ ★ ★ ★ City approves million-dollar homes then completely ignore the fact every house has been built with several Suites in it. Then ignore increase in traffic ripping through elementary area and subsequent playground Zone. Many have asked for something to be done, though nothing but lip service for almost 2 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garbage pick up over the holidays - yes confusion because of snow and ice - but couldn't somebody have advised us on your website - still don't know when it is or when it'll be in new year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service. Hard to get answers or to get through to different departments. Don’t bother calling if you have a bylaw complaint...they will do absolutely nothing! People can park wherever they choose including on your property.
