He’s extremely knowledgeable and his positive attitude is infectious! I really appreciate the client care and the fact that they don’t just drop you after they’ve secured your buisness. They truly care about their clients. Small town care in the big city! Highly recommend Gerry and mint mortgage!

She made the process very seamless even though our old lender was being difficult! Sarah truly cared about us and did everything in her power to make sure we were happy!! She is very appreciated!

Toby and Dani were incredibly helpful at moving the process along and making sure we had our ducks in a row. They also went above and beyond to let us know what we needed to do in the absence of a realtor. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarah and the Mint Mortgage team are beyond amazing! We have dealt with Sarah for over 15 years on several home mortgages and she hits it out of the park every single time. She is a master of explaining the details and never hesitates in addressing our many detailed questions (we haven’t stumped her yet!). ? We know Sarah always looks out for your best interests, the best arrangement for us on one purchase was with a bank she didn’t deal with, but she deferred us there and made sure we got the best possible deal, even though she received no revenue. One of the many reasons we come back!! Our latest purchase she not only served as mortgage broker getting us unmatched rates, but also as interpreter between the banks and the couple of lawyers we had working for us. A couple small non-standard issues and in the end it was Sarah that explained it the best. There should be zero hesitation, if you are contemplating any kind of mortgage transaction, call Sarah and Mint, you will be satisfied, guaranteed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with Sarah Sloane at Mint Mortgage has been absolutely exceptional! She was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had, was diligent on following up with us for required documents, and remained patient in our long journey to find a home.
Even during the closing process when we had some adjustments to make, Sarah was more than helpful and was happy to help us (even when we though we were being a bother!). The other staff involved were always friendly and prompt to help us throughout the mortgage finalizing process.
We had a wonderful experience with Mint Mortgage and recommend anyone, especially those who are trying to buy their first home as we were.
