โ โ โ โ โ What a FANTASTIC place for a wedding. We couldn't be happier with Minnekhada as a venue. Everything was perfect and everyone had a great time.
The lodge is so beautiful it barely needed decorating.

โ โ โ โ โ Fantastic lodge in the hills overlooking Coquitlam and the view is out of this world.
The Lodge looks like a large typical Home until you enter it and find a huge vaulted and beamed ceiling , massive in size and totally unexpected.

โ โ โ โ โ Our stay-cation (holi-stay) started with Minnekhada Lodge. "Park road closed to vehicles, use Quarry Rd. entrance ". For none locals a disappointing experience, for sure. So I fixed the maps app so the correct web-site and added the hours of operation. Only Sundays from 1pm-4pm. The only saving part of this destination trip was seeing a Black Bear Mom and her Cub, while parked by the closed Lodge Gate.

โ โ โ โ โ Came here for a private event. The staff, food and decor were phenomenal. The "old school" type of feel inside the building gave "Beauty and the Beast" vibes. I would recommend anyone getting married with a small intimate ceremony to book this venue.

โ โ โ โ โ A hidden gem in Coquitlam. A remarkable place to explore during a Sunday open house, or host an intimate event or wedding. Built in the early 1930s, the architecture and history are rich and if you get a chance to talk to the other on-site caretaker heโll share lots of neat stories about all the famous and interesting people that visited and partied at the house.
