They are definitely not sorry this happened. Our trailer was vandalized and we were never notified. We discovered it when we went to take out trialer out if storage. At that time we were told that they had been made aware of the break in by another customer. I requested the surveillance footage for a police report and I was told by the woman that is in charge that the camera was covered in snow and "I'm not going up on a ladder to clean it off". They admitted to not knowing when this happened and that she doesn't patrol the lot unless there is a need, and then it is done by driving around the perimeter and this is why she didn't see the damage to all of the trailers near ours. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

The response below is laughable, we have called this number and it just contacts the aggressive woman that we initially spoke with. She assured us the regional manager would be contacting us. Still waiting for that call a week later.
Don't be fooled, this company is so poorly run it is almost comical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is horrible. Our trailer was damaged while in storage and they didn't even notify us. When we inquired the woman who works there yelled at us. There has literally been a hole in their fence for weeks allowing anyone entry. Secure storage my a$%. Plus they claim to have 24 hour surveillance but when we asked for footage the cameras were conveniently not working that day. What a joke. Here's a picture of the hole and some debris which was ripped out of one of several trailers that were damaged. Just to follow up I've called the number the "owner" posted several times over the last few days and been promised the regional manager will contact me...still waiting to be contacted.
