Can't say enough about Fowler Hyundai. I have just purchased a pre-owned vehicle. The salesman printed out CarFax for every car I was interested in and gave me a rundown on those cars re. mileage, tires, etc. Didn't have to wander around the lot for long, Kevin was right there to help. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. Good job in what is a difficult market right now.

Another year has passed and I just wish to congratulate all Fowler Hyundai Staff that their service and appreciation shown to all their customers does not go unnoticed. I have been a loyal customer of FOWLER'S for over 40 years and have received top QUALITY SERVICE, top QUALITY ASSISTANCE and above all top QUALITY HONESTY in every aspect regarding the FOWLER DEALERSHIP. Rob Fowler and his entire staff from Mechanics, Parts department and Service department staff along with Salesmen, Clerical staff and specific Manager(s) department go well beyond the norm and take pride in how they SERVICE ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS. Truly a terrific dealership that makes their customers feel like part of the FOWLER DEALERSHIP FAMILY. At FOWLER HYUNDAI you are completely SATISFIED and if not FOWLER'S MAKE IT RIGHT ALWAYS. Best service ever! We had the car in for repairs following a vehicle accident. They provided us with a rental while it was being repaired, which was very helpful for us ( a family of 5). Their service was impeccable, quick, friendly and accurate.

Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here. I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Veloster N in May 2021, and I noticed the day after delivery that there is paint drip on 3 of the 4 wheel wells, and what appears to be damage to one (pictured) as well. The dealership told me they could sand off the paint drips but offered no solution to what I was told was the inner edge of the fender/wheel well not being properly rolled in. When I have mentioned that it shouldn't look like this, their excuse has been "well we don't have another Veloster N to compare it to, so we aren't sure what to say" but quite frankly, no brand new vehicle should look like this, and this sure wouldn't pass an inspection to be put on the showroom floor like this. Very disappointed with service when dealing with this as they have never followed up on offering to do ANYTHING about it, and the limited interactions I have had with them, the service department has been incredibly rude to me in my concerns about a brand new vehicle and the quality I should have received. I also approached the sales manager about this and was not even offered an apology. Sales process was fine, but after sales service here is abysmal and I wouldn't ever recommend Fowler to anyone that I know when purchasing a new vehicle.

The salesman and finance department were exceptional. A pleasure doing business! We live 1 hour outside of Brandon. On our way in to buy groceries we realized we had no heater. We ran into a problem with the service department. Mr. Fowler contacted us, and a resolution was quickly reached. It made us feel like we were appreciated as a customer. Certainly a reason to go back to this dealership.
