★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Purchased a sofa sectional , the associate from the Store "Surplus", told me that this a Canadian vendor, and highly recommended the product. Now I am completely disappointed , The sofa has holes all around, the fabric appearance looks 5 year old sofa, despite I only used it for less than 3 months. Also, the company customer services as usual in ordinary companies, do not respond my calls, think twice before purchase a furniture from "Minhas Ltd". from Alberta sold by "Surplus".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a sectional sofa about 3 years ago. Now the fabric is peeling off from everywhere. Even the small free pillow that came with the coach has holes now. Bad quality. Don't buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They got the best staff at front office as well as in Warehouse.
But the problem they created these days is by putting the fence on front of their warehouse, which makes impossible for truckers to back their trailer on dock. Even the Day cabs are not able to make a turn, or back in between trailers.
Please make some arrangements or remove the fence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t go and buy anything from there; The people who are working there are so rude and have no respect for the drivers who come to deliver; as am an Indian and most of the people working there are indian; and they don’t even have respect for own people and how can they repect other community; and it’s one of the worst warehouse i have seen so far…! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no minus 10 ten star to give as a rating, these people should close their doors as they are extortionists , they take money and don't provide the product , my store that i purchased Minhas product has showed me on their order form that Minhas has not delivered merchandise since October,,yet they keep selling and promising date's !!!! The girl j Gamble that i contacted is blaming the store when clearly that is not true !! I saw the stores computer screen which says that they have back order's since October !!!! This is total garbage and minhas should not be allowed to operate !! Next step if i don't get my order contact the better business office of Alberta they should know !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to ask if they are hiring before I went to the store. They told me to come and fill out an application form and said will give interview on the spot. I went there and they told me to wait for a manger. I waited for about 1hr and half only for the manager to come and say he already hired someone. The guy was so rude and didn't even bother to look at the resume nor the application form they asked us to fill. There is still a huge sign at the entrance saying they are hiring and when I told him that he just said he already hired someone. How in the world you tell us to come for an interview, made us wait for that long and then say you already hired someone? This people are sick!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the worst product & customer service I have ever dealt with. I understand that there can be issues with product, but the absolute lack of service is astounding. A month old and the frame is broken on the sofa and the material is so frayed it looks 10 years old, in a house without kids or pets. First they said it was pet damage, we have no pets, then they said it was misuse, its a sofa, we sit on it maybe an hour a day. Absolutely zero reparation's from them. Stay far away, just garbage product with even worse customer service

Satisfaction guaranteed does not apply without paying $400 stock up fee for each.
Total waste of money.canadian company but not "made in Canada".
