★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice quiet cozy cabin, we had a few families go together it was nice to have a kitchen in each cabin and families broke off into groups or alone to day trip around and meet back up at the end of the day to relax and socialize.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spectacular view and service. Great accommodations. If you want to cook a 7 course meal in the rooms you'll struggle a bit but for basic simple meals they provide all the needed equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! My husband and I had the best time ever! The cabins are beautiful and well maintained. I am HUGE on hotel cleanliness and I had 0 complaints, the cabin was immaculate. The spring spa tub is 10/10 we couldn't get enough of it! I love the location, nicely tucked away but everything you want to get to is just a close drive away. Melissa was SUPER kind and accommodating after we had a surprise Ferry cancellation, We arrived after hours and she had everything we needed to check in waiting for us, our fireplace even had everything in it ready for a fresh fire for us! I could go on and on about how wonderful this place and the staff are. We will 100% be back for future stays! Defiantly recommend for a romantic getaway or a quiet getaway with your family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star stay. Stayed in one of the one bedroom chalet's that was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable the kitchen had everything we needed to accommodate our modest meals. The hearth from the wood stove took away the chill in the evening and made it very comfortable. Was nice to Bar b q in January lol, walking the beach which was a few steps away and a nice way to rid of stress not to mention the mineral spa tub in the chalet, it was incredible, took away a lot of the aches and pains, and the in room robes were comfortable to relax in after. Amenities like coffee, tea and condiments were plenty but if you were shy of anything the grocery store was a 10 min. drive that had everything. The ocean view was so relaxing. Eagles , Seals other wildlife and even a dip in the cold ocean was something that offered up a day beyond most. The staff was so kind and welcoming.
Will definitely be staying here again soon....and again :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent 3 day stay. Natural hot spring tub great on sore body. Fired up the wood stove twice a day. Great views across the water. Well lite cabins. Very quiet, let me sleep in lots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a perfect stay in my opinion. Private location, views that feed the soul, the mineral water is fabulous, the wood fireplace toasty, the oysters from the shore were tasty. The cabin was adorable. It was so quiet at night I could hear my tinnitus perfectly.
We were very late getting in (BC Ferries gets 1 star for triggering my hypertension and generally being awful), and Melissa left us a nice note, the keys, and instructions, so we felt taken care of. We are not sure if Melissa is real or a ghost, though, as we never actually saw her.
Definitely returning, but for longer this time. I did not want to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, we had a great stay and the cabin was everything we expected. The positives are the location - the resort is across the road from beautiful ocean views. We also loved our wood burning stove to keep us warm and toasty during the cool nights. The bedding was newer and comfortable and the entire cabin was sparkling clean. The cabins could really use some updating. I don't mind if things are a little older as long as they're in working order, however, not all of the elements on the stove worked, which wasn't great for us as we cooked most of our meals back at the cabin. The mineral tub was a "nice to have" not a "need to have" for us. There are some mineral deposits that are visible in the tub, but I don't believe this is a cleanliness issue. We had trouble getting the water warm enough to enjoy the tub for very long. Would be great to have amenities on site, like a sauna, as well. So while there are some drawbacks, it was a a cozy cabin stay and we did manage to book our retreat at reasonable shoulder season rates.
