About Mindhous Wellness
Thank you for visiting our website! We are located in the heart of Antigonish, Nova Scotia, on Main Street. We are surrounded by many lovely businesses and tucked away in a quaint space to meet all of your healing needs. We strive to find the right fit for your healing and growth. Anything you need, please ask! We are helpers, and it lights up our souls to support you!
We are proud to offer many approaches to therapy and each therapist specializes in working with certain populations. We work with children, youth, young adults, adults, women and men, couples, and seniors! All are welcome! We each have a special place in our heart for every person. For more information on the work we each do, please visit the menu to "meet" each of us individually!
Dr. Spinney originally founded Mindhous Wellness in Alberta. She fell in love with the freedom of private work and how she could offer more tailored sessions to individual's needs. She realized quickly that this type of work needs a supportive atmosphere, and so once she moved to Antigonish, she was excited to bring on more therapists to the team. We support one another so we can best support you!
