Wellness on 1st - Health and Wellness Center is comprised of a group of like minded holistic health practitioners in Calgary, Alberta who dedicate themselves to helping people achieve better health in their lives, their bodies and their communities.

We understand that wellness looks different for everyone and is a continual journey of learning. Our practitioners strive to stay current and up to date with education and courses and love to learn new skills and teach them to others.

We provide multiple holistic health services all in one space! This allows for a better standard of care and cross collaboration among different healthcare professionals. We have built a trusted referral network to other health professions within the city and look forward to more collaboration with allopathic medical doctors offices to come.

Our center was founded in 2021 in the community of Tuxedo Park (in a historic building called the Kelly Block) and came to fruition through owner, Susan Newman and co founder, Jessie Comeaus' vision to have a healing center together. They wanted a place that feels like home. A place where people can come to heal their bodies and regain vitality through natural methods. Jessie and Susan, along with other skilled practitioners, bring forth their years of knowledge and experience to contribute to the success at Wellness on First.

We have online scheduling for appointments - with booking options available 6 days a week, and direct billing available for most private health insurance companies.
