Once I purchased the place, Pam was very helpful in assisting me in finding people to help me do repairs.

We had a very tight timeline and she was able to accommodate. She debriefed with us immediately following her inspection and provided a thorough report. She also offered to continue to advise us as we gathered quotes to perform some of the recommended home repairs. If you want peace of mind and someone who not only knows their stuff but just seems like an overall great person, go with Pam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked Pam for an inspection as I wanted to know what was required for preventive maintenance and also because we are planning some renovations. Pam was incredibly helpful and thorough. I received a detailed report with pictures clearly highlighting the areas of concern. I particularly appreciated a physical walk through inside and outside in which Pam pointed out the issues and shared her knowledge about the best way to address them. It is very helpful and reassuring to have an objective evaluation.
