Although what I requested was a pair of drinking mugs which were unusual works to her.
She made me beautiful pieces but a bit of flaw found so kindly she rushed to remake them .
Her customer service was amazing.
Before I ordered, I was feeling she was a nice person but now I like her even more. She is caring, truly professional and responsible.
I believe this is why her works are so beautiful.
I recommend not hesitate to buy her piece because of above reason and also the simple gorgeous work goes well with any interior.

There have been a few hiccups with shipping, but Monique was so quick to reply every time, and did everything in her power to rectify the situation--her customer service is incredible. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Monique again!
