★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will start my review by saying that the Saskatoon centre basically ripped me of for 80.00$.
A ratchet purchased online cracked during proper operation . The service centre first said there was no warranty because we abused the tool .After they said the tech made a mistake by using that word and I was told by Chris that the broken part was a changeable part and that why there is no warranty . Then the manager called me and said the technician determined that the casting was ok and said that they put it under a microscope. Now he is referring to test that are only done at a foundry at the time of casting . Basically each worker lies a different lie ..stay away from these people …
