I highly recommend everyone trying it out and learning how to protect themselves. Mitch the instructor, easily breaks down each class for all levels of fitness conditions to easily learn and grasp the importance of self defence. As well, each class helps build cardio and conditioning to promote a healthier lifestyle. I highly recommend taking Krav Maga as well I highly recommend Mitch.

The benefits i have found so far 1. Burn calories on each class 2. Build muscle memory and learn new techniques 3. Increase confidence 4. Learn how to defend yourself on different situations 5. Lose weight 6. challenge yourself to new techniques 7. develop mental and emotional behavior [not to freak out] 8. Learn respect and not underestimate situations learn to be alert I definitely recommend the class . At least you shall try it once

Mitch is an AMAZING instructor, knowledgeable, fun and patient. I have never felt insecure or looked down upon while I was learning a new skill. At Milton Krav Maga it is definitely about different levels of learning with the common goal of becoming your best personal self!

The atmosphere of the classes is fantastic, with a very supportive group and excellent pace. I highly recommend Milton Krav Maga for anybody looking for practical and fun self defense training.

Love the fact that class sizes are still small enough that he is able to interact with everyone and gives appropriate feedback in order to improve our skills. His knowledge in this craft is unreal, very approachable to discuss items related to this sport and related martial arts, and his attitude is the most positive you will ever encounter. Would not go anywhere else for this stuff. I think everyone should try his classes out!
