S	Shaun Tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very weary of this dealership and its sales people. Went back and forth with sales person for several days to firm up a sale. Quoted me ARP % for financing at different term options, and gave me biweekly payments for the two term options. Wife and I felt comfortable moving forward with one of the options, so told them we would take the vehicle, and gave the credit card for the $1000 deposit along with ID's. Come back tome later changing the rates, almost 2% higher at the higher term, and 1% higher at the lower term...AFTER a deal and payment amount was already agreed on. When I tried to escalate, neither the Sales Mgr or General Mgr were willing to do anything, and basically said take it or leave it. Super sketchy. I asked for an additional discount ($500 off the $34995 vehicle) to move forward with the deal, and they declined. They had knocked off $2000 (car was listed at $36995), and said they were losing money with any additional discounts. I walked away from the deal.

Within a couple of hours, Heather called back to say everything was diagnosed and the cost was much lower than expected. And it would be ready before close. I’ve been lied to by a few dealers in the past, so this was very refreshing. Thanks to Heather and Tech 127!
