★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little trail. There is an outlook tower, a cute little bridge that goes over the creek. You can expect to see ducks, herons, and tons of fireflies if the season is right.

Easy trail and perfect length for a winter walk. Kids loved feeding the birds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here for years with my children to feed the birds. It's a peaceful small walk that we continue to enjoy now even though they're all in their teens.
There are many gorgeous trails around Peterborough area but this one continues to be one of our favorites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This wildlife area was incredibly enjoyable. I took all the kids there and they were able to feed the birds, and see plenty of amazing scenery! They fell in love with a place in Ottawa called Mud Lake, for similar experiences. We did not know there was something like this so close to Peterborough! We will be frequent visitors from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute little trail for a day hike! We took lots of photos in the upper deck where you can have an overview of the surrounding fields. We saw a lot of chickadees chirping which sounded like they were laughing at you. The birds were friendly because some of them want to get close to you. Lovely nature walk!
