My home boiler got F4 fault code right before my annual regular furnace maintenance schedule with Milani. Milani's technician Ali who not only came on time and also resolved the boiler issue perfectly for me. Thanks Ali and will keep this business as on-going with Milani for sure.

Really disappointed that I had to pay for two separate service calls, that should have been resolved in one. Milani should have been more specific and mentioned that the first technician sent could not resolve both problems (garburator replacement and clogged sink). Work was well done, however it should have been done in visit.

Plumber came to fix two toilets that were not filling up in the tank. Took 2 hours, was assured that everything was fixed. The technician said that their work was guaranteed for 30 days. He assured me that he only replaced the parts in the toilet that needed replacing, which I appreciated. The next day, I happen to hear one of the toilets running every 20 to 30 minutes or so. I schedule an appointment for plumber to come back and they tell me that it's set up for between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. I then get a call at noon saying he is taking longer than he thought at the first job so he will be a couple hours late. 1:00, 2:00, 3:00 I hear nothing. So I contact the company and I am assured that they will contact dispatch to get back to me to find out what's going on. Then another hour goes by with nothing. So I contact them again. Then I get a call back saying the plumber is not coming at all but they would be happy to reschedule for tomorrow between the hours of 10:00 and 1:00. And then I asked, how do I know that someone's actually going to show up? I'm upset about the fact that I paid over $500 to get two toilet repairs done and one of them is not finished. And then I had to spend over 7 hours waiting for someone that was never going to get there. Plumber missed something? That's fine. Customer service was QUITE lacking today. I decided that I'm just going to spend the extra money and have another plumber probably come out and fix what should have been fixed today. Drew, the plumber, was a nice guy and seemed to know what he was doing. I don't think today reflects him. Just the hassle of not knowing what's happening.

DO NOT HIRE I contracted Milani to provide and install a new furnace, hot water tank, and a/c, including acquiring all relevant permits, and passing city inspection. I paid the first half deposit on March 14, 2022 of $7,000.00 Installation took place March 23rd. The techs who came made clear they were not sure how to install the furnace piping and venting, and what they did β€œwould not pass code.” I was back and forth with Milani for a month to try to get it fixed. Techs and a manager came 5 times, each of which required me to take a day off work. Each time, they were unable to fix it. Despite the work not being complete, Milani charged my credit card the second half of the contract stating β€œwork was completed” when they clearly knew it was not. I believe they did this to prevent me from switching to another company or requesting a discount given all the problems. I did not agree for this second set of charges to go through, and it is a fraudulent claim that the work was completed. As noted by the email from Romeo on April 11th, the work was clearly not done, the permit had not been pulled (which was supposed to be done before work was begun), and still has not been completed. There is still no permit, either. I have now had someone else complete the work. This cost me over $8,000, and I lost income from 5 days of work, aside from all the aggravation. I have the manager and the tech on audio recording saying that I would receive a refund. I also have them saying the work is not complete, yet Milani has refused to refund my second half of payments, and have tried to gaslight me (oh it's a rough in, oh it's just a little thing, oh yes we have a plan and we'll fix it, yes we'll issue a refund, etc.) and force me to continue with them by saying they will not complete the pulling of the permit, even though that was supposed to be done BEFORE the work started. This has cost me an additional $3000 to get the gasfitter who completed the work to get bonded and pull the permit.
