★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is alright on its best day and theres not much consistency. The owners are very friendly, pleasant to talk to and they try to accomodate as much as they can. It is a bit pricey but it is a small town cafe and its clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What's not to love? Mikey and Evelyn are fantastic restauranteurs and Carbon is very fortunate to have them. The food is always delicious and served with a smile. You are treated like family and always welcomed. I highly recommend any of the soups, crispy chicken burger, pizza, and all of the Greek selections.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fantastic small town diner with amazing people running it. Mikey and Evelyn are so friendly and take time to talk and get to know their patrons.
The food is delicious and there's always lots! They offer ice cream in the summer and installed a new patio, which we look forward to using once Covid restrictions allow.
