Brooke was quick to respond with all my questions, April was great doing the pre possession walk through and Mike was almost always available for looking at potential homes. One thing I found strange was the carpet person that was recommended never actually responded to my email on getting my floors redone. A similar experience with the recommended painter. He responded and did a quote based on pictures I sent him. We had some correspondence but my questions in the emails were ignored in the response. We had a date set but my condo board requires both WCB and proof of insurance and when I asked for these items, I was ghosted. My recommendation would be to find and do your own research for any contractor you are looking at getting. My experience with that was not great which is the reason i rated lower. I expected a little bit better service when they came recommended. The rest of the team was great and wonderful to deal with!

When you hire Mike Burton you are getting more than just him…you are hiring his team! Selling a home on my own was a daunting prospect. Mike personalized the service to meet my needs and his team supported me to get the home ready for listing. Janet coordinated trades people to do small things that I was not skilled to do: painting, plumbing, replacing carpet. Next, the staging team (Janet, Shannon) supported me in preparing and ultimately staging the property. The process was quick and seamless! The home was priced realistically and competitively and it sold within the week of listing. Mike’s expertise extended to the purchase of my new home where his team supported me booking the necessary document reviews, lawyer and inspection.
