★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Midway Public Library hosts a 5k, 10k, 21k Walk/Run for the BC Cancer Foundation 3rd Saturday of July. The trails are wonderful as is the town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too happy with the current library director, Sasha Tauzer. Destroyed all the hard work the previous librarian tried to fix, and shows no kindness to the public or the community from my perspective. Sorry but would not recommend based off my experience. The technology is terrible and needs a serious upgrade and the library doesn't have reliable printing, faxing or Wi-Fi. Also their website is NOT user-friendly. Can't find anything and no one seems to try and fix it.
