They were pleasant and upgraded us to a king room free of charge. Lovely London inspired decoration with clean linens and newly renovated room.
Hall seemed to smell a little smoky but otherwise great location and price.

Our room ( king) was well above average. Nice decor and furnishings.
Modern bathroom / shower.
Big value comes with the fully equipped communal kitchen.
