About middle path therapy
Middle Path Therapy provides therapy for children, teens and young adults who have difficulty managing mood or anxiety and/or struggle with regulating emotions and tolerating stress. Individual therapy sessions and groups are informed by Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and are facilitated by registered occupational therapists, each with over a decade of mental health experience.
Our goal is to provide clients and families with concrete skills that they can use to regain control over their thoughts and emotions, become more effective in their daily interactions and build a life worth living.
