Résultat facture de 160$ et j'ai perdu toute mes document et il me donne un disque dure de marque TOSHIBA en me disant qu'ils ont changer mon disque dure et me redonne l'anciens. Si tu as envie de te faire mentir et voler vas chez Microtel Technologies au 400 boul Jean-lesage Bureau 068 à Québec.

â â â â â Estimation gratuite = Arnaque !!!! Je voulais une estimation de rĂ©paration de mon portable qui ne dĂ©marrait plus. Quand je suis allĂ© le rĂ©cupĂ©rer, on voulait me charger un montant pour la rĂ©paration et lâinstallation de Windows. Mais ce nâĂ©tait pas cela que jâai demandĂ©, mais juste une estimation !!!! Pour le montant demandĂ©, jâaurais achetĂ© un autre !!! RĂ©alisant quâil ne peut pas me tromper comme cela, il mâa demandĂ© X $ pour la rĂ©paration que je ne lâai pas demandĂ©. Finalement, il veut X $ pour le dĂ©pĂŽt pour la pĂ©riode que le portable est restĂ© chez lui. Ce nâest pas comme cela quâon fait des affaires dans un pays civilisĂ©, donc lâOPC rĂ©glera le problĂšme !!!

But that was not what I asked, but just an estimate !!!! For the amount requested, I would have bought another one !!! Ils ont mentionnĂ© que la piĂšce prendrait environ 1 semaines Ă arriver et cela a pris 2 mois!. Ils ont changĂ© la vitre ET et l'Ă©cran. L'Ă©cran de remplacement est de piĂštre qualitĂ©. Les caractĂšres sont tous flous!. Ă ĂVITER
