Je suis infirmière et impossible aussi d'obtenir la ligne pour professionnels de la santé car on tombe toujours sur la boîte vocale qui est pleine peu importe le moment de la journée ; assez aberrant quand on a besoin de discuter avec un md concernant un patient...Ma pharmacienne a également essayé d'appeler ainsi que d'envoyer des fax concernant une rx d'antibiotique pour mon fils et elle n'a reçu aucune réponse même après plusieurs tentatives. On m'a fait venir pour mon bébé de 3 semaines en janvier pour un suivi de poids/reflux: après 30 minutes d'attente dépassé mon heure de rdv, la secrétaire me fait venir au comptoir pour me dire de revenir dans 2 jours car elles se sont trompées en me donnant mon rdv et l'ips ne travaille pas à la clinique cette journée là... Pour l'ips Marie-Noelle Vallée, rien à redire elle est excellente!! Mais pour le secrétariat c'est un gros zéro!! Never able to get the phone line: it rings busy or it hangs up. I am a nurse and also impossible to get the line for health professionals because we always get the voicemail which is full no matter what time of day; quite aberrant when you need to chat with a doctor about a patient... My pharmacist also tried to call and send faxes about an antibiotic rx for my son and she received no response even after several attempts. I was brought in for my 3-week-old baby in January for a weight/reflux follow-up: after 30 minutes of waiting exceeded my appointment time, the secretary called me to the counter to tell me to come back in 2 days because they made a mistake giving me my appointment and the ips is not working at the clinic that day... For ips Marie-Noelle Vallée, nothing to complain about, she is excellent!! But for the secretariat it's a big zero!!

Le temps d’attente au téléphone est infernal et j’ai jamais eu de réponse à mon courriel pour un rendez vous . Je vois pas comment il y a un temps d’attente aussi long, je suis déjà aller à la clinique et les secrétaires ne sont pas si occupées que cela , j’ai mis deux étoiles parce que l’infirmière est adorable et le docteur ok I was happy to have had a family doctor for my daughter but mashed!! The waiting time on the phone is hellish and I never had an answer to my email for an appointment. I don't see how there is such a long waiting time, I've already gone to the clinic and the secretaries aren't that busy, I put two stars because the nurse is adorable and the doctor is ok

Je suis loin d’être la seule, à lire les autres avis. Le site web ne répond pas aux besoins des patients, et ce, depuis plusieurs mois, voire années. Aux responsables de la clinique, quand est-ce que ce problème sera pris au sérieux? Impossible to get them on the phone. A lot of dissatisfaction when you stay 1h30 on the line and you get hung up on. I'm far from the only one reading the other reviews. The website has not met the needs of patients for several months or even years. To those responsible for the clinic, when will this problem be taken seriously?

J'ai un message sur ma boite vocale de rappeler la clinique pour un suivi clinique avec mon bébé mais je suis incapable d'avoir la ligne !!!!!!! Situation très frustrante. Après 1 heure d'attente, je me fais raccrocher la ligne au nez!!! Super service with the health professionals, on the other hand, IMPOSSIBLE to have the telephone line. This is unacceptable. I have a message on my voicemail to call the clinic back for a clinical follow-up with my baby but I am unable to get the line!!!!!!! Very frustrating situation. After 1 hour of waiting, I get the line hung up in my face!!!
B	BEN HAFSIA Mohamed Khaled on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vraiment déçu de ce clinique mon médecin de famille toujours n'est pas disponible et n'a pas le temps de nous rencontrer mon fils à plus 15 mois maintenant on trouvent des difficultés pour faire le suivi médical de lui moi aussi j'ai fait un accident de travail février 2021 presque 1 an et jusqu'à maintenant le médecin de famille n'est pas en courante de ça malgré que j'ai essayé de la contacter plusieurs fois mais malheureusement chaque fois je planifie un rendez-vous la secrétaire m'appelle pour annuler le rendez-vous en disant le médecin ne peut pas vous prendre ??? Vraiment je suis très inquiet surtout pour mes enfants c'est grave quand on veut rencontrer notre médecin et il nous refuse Really disappointed with this clinic, my family doctor is still not available and does not have time to meet with us my son, over 15 months old, now we are finding it difficult to provide medical follow-up for him. accident at work February 2021 almost 1 year and until now the family doctor is not aware of this despite I tried to contact her several times but unfortunately each time I schedule an appointment the secretary me calls to cancel the appointment saying the doctor can't pick you up ??? Really I'm very worried especially for my children it's serious when we want to meet our doctor and he refuses us

The waiting room has a super conveniently located bathroom equipped with a huge garbage can. The doctors are just amazing, and the nurses are the cerises su’l Sunday. Thank you team for all you do merci à toute l’équipe vous êtes vraiment formidables. Seul bémol: y’a comme une tite odeur de kimchi qui flotte des fois pourriez-vous fermer vos mason jars svp?
