He was unfailingly responsive, proactive and straight shooting. When a couple of offers fell through for various unforeseen reasons, he had Plans B, C and D in the chute. If you choose Micky as your realtor you will also get introduced to an amazing network of trades contacts. After getting several due diligence quotes, we ended up using his contacts for painting, flooring, home repair, cleaning and staging--and they all came through big time as we tackled the prep and sale of a condo during COVID Summer. Micky made a daunting task much easier to navigate and totally delivered from start to finish. Not even his cheesy jokes can detract from a full 5 stars I am happy to give. :D
