★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a very bad experience for me as the furrier told me I had a Persian lamb jacket, valued at 5000. He charged me for the appraisal and a cleaning, roughly 400. When I take it back two years later because my insurance company says I need it updated, he tells me it is fake. How the he'll did he make this mistake two years prior? He says he will refund me the appraisal and cleaning, this was in June 2016, nothing since. Now he tells me to talk to his lawyer, but won't tell me who it is. Only take something to him if you want to be ripped off.
