As we were planning to move out of province, Michelle came up with a plan to sell the property on our expected timeline. And yes, she made it happen!!! She understood the market condition and listed the property at the right price to attract enough buyers to sell our house at the price more than what we expected. She is very professional. Michelle went as far, as to drive around our prospective neighborhood and found the home we purchased by knocking on the door and speaking to home owners in the area. She was able to negotiate the price we wanted to pay, all while managing our expectations so we could feel comfortable during the whole experience. We just recently hired Michelle; again, to sell our home, and she did such an amazing job from the marketing to the negotiating and we got substantially more than we ever thought we could. We attribute this to the ability to market our home to all levels of buyers on the market and we were able to do so by using Michelle. She will continue to be my best recommendation for a realtor in the greater Vancouver area.
